Gilly's Pilates classes focus on safety, learning and fun! You too can benefit from this wonderful form of exercise. As a Nutrition and Health Coach, Gilly also provides useful Nutrition Tips at the end of each class giving clients something to work on at home each week. It is easy to practice what has been taught in class at home as all you need is your exercise mat. No equipment required for mat Pilates.
